Please keep in mind that if you do post messages like "do you need
kittens,"
you are endangering the lives of the kittens. Many unscrupulous people, often
drug addicts or people who will do anything for a quick and easy buck, will
respond to advertisements like this. They will masquerade as animal lovers,
adopt the pet(s), and sell them to vivisection labs, pit bull dogfighting
rings (bait), Asian restaurants (cat and dog are "specialty" dishes in the
Asian culture, and even Satanic ritual cults. These criminals do this for a
living, "adopting" anywhere up to 10 or so pets a day. They have MUCH more
experience at deceiving pet owners than we have at judging their character.
People who place ads to find new homes for their pets are often well-meaning,
and obviously care for their pets enough to place an ad, yet they wouldn't
dream of placing an ad like this for a child they wanted to adopt out. WHY???
We need to employ some common sense here!!!
